wow!!! i dont understand how so many people HATE fairlake!!!! i LOVE it!!!! the only things that kind of suck is the lack of parking for guest, the traffic on howe when you are trying to leave/enter fairlake, and how they charge you for utilities depending on how many people live with you. other than that i have no issues. maintenance request get done within 3 days, management is willing to work with you if you are late with rent, the are quick to deal with unruly neighbors. i plan on moving back soon.
