I just found this site and am surprised by most of the comments. I find the staff very helpful and I get all my concerns and requests taken care of. I wish more of the hundreds or even thousands of residents who live in this HUGE complex would get on this site to show people that this place is not that bad. It's only the handful that don't get their way that find time to write rude comments.

You must be joking??? Or you actually work there??? I agree, most of those comments are rude... people are pissed off and have a right to write about their concerns. ACtually read them if you have the time and see how they are all very similar. The bad experiences completely out number the positive comments... but it's not about getting your way. It's about what's RIGHT and wrong... Granted, this place probably has well over a thousand tenants and the staff just can't keep up. Don't take it personal what's written here... You may just haven't run into any issues there yet, if you are really a resident there and not one of the staff members...???? If you are, don't be rude and make yourselves look good......

I agree with you! I think its funny that when you write something positive on this site you are accused of being an employee. Everyone has an opion...and Im sorry for those that have had a negative experience. I can say the staff has been great as long as I have lived here, and I dont have complaints about anything within their control.
