So I just got $250 for referring a friend! Easiest $250 I've ever made. And in regards to living here-- I like it. The staff is helpful, but they could use a few more employees in there because they're always so busy when I'm there. Maintenance takes care of my requests within 2-3 days, but they should leave notes letting us know what's going on (whether they've been there or if they need to come back).
