I have lived here for exactly four years and have loved it. The location is great, and the rent is very reasonable compared to the other apartments on northrop ave. Don't be fooled by the apartments opposite of the street, Fontaineblue (now Pavillion) is nothing like that.

The bedrooms in this place are actually big and livable compared to the boxes in the other places i have seen. The appliances are not a bit old but they work fine; I occasionally have some voltage spikes which blows a a bulbs here and there but nothing beyond that.

Many of the residents have lived in this place for many years, one wonderful lady has even been here for 20 years. There are a few shady looking tenants now and then, but that is normal everywhere. Overall its fairly quiet and most of the the people stay to themselves and are nice in general.

The new manager Jody (and her husband Tom) are absolutely wonderful people, even though they are not always available during office hours. Before them the place went through a flurry of managers and had some small problems, but it is much better now.

All in all, it is a very good value for the price and I will miss this place.
