I lived here with my fiance for 3 years while we went to Sac State and overall it was a nice place to live. We had a one bedroom and it was a resonable price for a decent size living space and they never raised our rent while we were there.
Jodi and her husband who were the managers when we left were excellent and made the place run well and took good care of the complex.
The building is older and has a tendancy to break down a little bit and getting maintence was a little bit of a pain but not too bad.
The people are nice and many of the people have been around for a long time.
The only real drawbacks were the location, across the street was pretty iffy and the riff raff sometimes come over. There are often police helicopters that fly over at night but after a while you get used to the noise.
It is a good spot for the price that you pay. There are definitly worse places to live in the area.
