I agree with every negetive comment listed on here. But a warning to all who want to vent on this site. Do not disclose your name, and keep your complaints vegue because if management finds out it is you who wrote the negetive comment they will find you and ----- at you for writing it. I wrote ITs A JOKE a while ago after having a million problems. I was pretty mean in it at first. I wanted them to know exactly who had the problem...so they talk to my roomate and make me out to be the bad guy. Now I am to nervous to go into the the rental office and one of them has already cussed me out. If the apartment managment was run by something more than a bunch of pretty young people then the mature and appropriate response to any of these issues would be (if they knew who wrote it) to approach the individual in a proffesional manor and solve the problems to make the CUSTOMER happy once again. They don't think of their tenants as customers. We're merely large pains in the ass that give them large checks and commisions every month.
Those people who have had their cars stolen out of the garages...their parking fee was recently doubled out of no where. When I expressed my greif about the raised parking they gave me dirty looks as though I was a huge pest. Because the parking garage hadn't been closed for the month and then they charge me double for a disfuctional parking garage space. Management simply needs to be re evaluated. Pinnacle needs to decide weather they want good management that cares about the tenants, or pretty management that can flirt people into renting. And yes, Stephanie and the rest of the staff if you are reading this...and I know you are, then you need to stop pitching such a big fit whenever someone complains like a teenager who has been given an F on some assignment and figure out how the hell to make people happy. Keep your end of the bargains. If the gates to the parking garages malfunction for more than one night in a row, give the people a discount or refund. They are only paying for an exchange. They are paying you for security. You need to stop lying to people, maintain some kind of consistancy on rules, and quit making people more miserable. I am now merely paying for my apartment while I live elsewhere because I hate it so much. I'm just waiting for my lease to end. I feel safer parking my car on the streets of down town sac than I do parking in the garage at the complex. I'm not even parking there any more, but was to afraid to go into the office to talk to management because all they are going to do is yell at me for making an opinion. Stephanie gave me this website telling me I should make a good opinion...then they made me mad all over again. I will never recommend that place until the management cleans up.

Take your money elsewhere. My new place was built almost a hundred years ago and is in better condition.
