This place SUCKS!!!

I lived here for only 6 months because this place sucks. Where do I start. When we moved in our rent was one price, then after parking and xtra clicker to get into the gate, increase in rent and then the month to month fee it increased in 6 months by 150.00
a month. Then there is the office staff. We call Tiffany "dumb girl" as she has no clue and has no idea what is ever going on. Andrea appears nice, but really doesn't care and is an overall not nice girl. Jeff is really nice, but he definately has the whole "dumb jock" look to him. Every experience I had with the office people was a joke, literally we still laugh at them.
I lived in the older part of the apartment complex and everything was falling apart. Maintenance did respond to all my calls in a timely matter, but I never got any popcorn or free dinner out of it. My appliance were all older, newer carpet, but the chalk like walls scuff so easliy you should jsut give them your $100.00 now that they charge to repaint the place.
Parking is a joke. If you have more than one car, forget it. WALK!
Overall I loved the ducks and hot tub..But That is it. I moved cause I hated the random rule enforcment, the extremley high rent and the overall not so bright, but I look cute, people in the office.
TURN BACK NOW and find yourself a cheaper, cuter, more parking, house like I did to rent.
Oh did I mention that a girl was raped right next to my car. And then I came home to see the cops at the complex because someone had broken into a first floor apartment. NICE SECURITy, instead they think locking the landry rooms at 10:00 will prevent futher mishaps, what a joke.
