I have lived at Point West for almost three years and yes, it is on the expensive side for an older complex. Point West isn't that bad of a place. Yes, there are parking and maintenance problems, but every apartment complex I have lived at has the same problem. The apartments are older and spacious. Everthing is close by. Washer & dryers in the apartments would be nice. For what I pay in rent, washers & dryers should already be there!

Overall, the office staff are usually pleasant. Tiffany always goes out of her to say hi when I see her on the property. There always seems to be new managers.
