these apartments are way overpriced. i must admit the waterways, ducks and landscaping are nice but thats all exterior. the apartments themselves have decent floorplans but the paint looks like someone went crazy with a chalk gun and nothing gets fixed in a timely manner. you basically compete with hundreds of other tenants to get your needs met.
if you're a student, you are WAY better off saving money at a smaller place because the amenities aren't worth it.
oh and the female staff are a bunch of snooty batches. especially the blond.
