I live in a 2 bed/2 bath and I really like the floor plan. I live along the pond and its really pretty, even though the ducks can be noisy at times! My bedroom is huge, with 2 closets, a linen closet, tons of counter space and a nice bathroom. The only bad thing is that when it rains, it leaks! There is lots of water damage that I told the office about but they never came and fixed it. They are usually really slow at fixing things and make promises they can't keep.
