I moved in 7 months ago. I have met a lot of my neighbors at breakfast on Saturday, yes breakfast, that they give us for free on Saturday morning. I know for a fact that all the bad stuff written about these apartments is from people that don't even live here anymore and were mad about stupid things. You know the type, not happy unless they have something to be unhappy about. This place is grrreeeaaat! You have to see this place to understand. It's awesome.

The maintenance guys can be a little slow but overall the people that work here are nice and very friendly. I read some things about them in other ratings and it is not true. Tiffany is cool and HOT! The manager is smart and HOT! Jeff is just cool. The part time woman Lillee is great because she sets up the food on Saturdat and rents the movies and is probably one of the nicest people I have ever met. I am from the midwest and was unsure of moving to Sacramento but feel better that I picked this place to live.
If you really want to see what it is like here than come here on a Saturday morning. You can see all the people that lived here for 5,10,15, even 20 years. I hope to buy a house but will be here until I do.
