For what we pay in rent, this complex should provide so much more. They have a decent sized fitness room, but every machine is broken so what's the point. The pools have duck droppings all over them. People leave their trash outside their front doors. It takes forever to get something fixed in your apartment. The cement stairwells are cracked and look like one wrong step and you're falling about three flights. But the worst part is the office staff. They are rude, condescending, impatient, and very uncompromising. The hidden fees they charge are outrageous. Oh, did I mention the rapes on the grounds'
