I have lived at the Fountains for a year and I have been very happy. The management is very nice and are always ready and willing to help their tenants in any way possible. The maintenance staff is also very efficient and reliable. Granted, things have gone awry in my apartment, as things fo everywhere, but the staff at Point West is awesome and take care of it! The prices are not as steep as some make it out to be and it is definately worth the money! Places in the same area are the same price or more expensive for less space. I'm happy here and I would encourage anyone, family, student, single, to move here!!
