How many times do we have to go through a Management change'' Will they ever get things right''

Aparently not...Interland Group has been there for what, a month, and already have established themselves as incapable of improving the mess Pinnacle has left behind.

There excuse..."well management is trying to get used to the rules too". So lets go ahead and change all the rules and policies one more time to further complicate things. Make sense...NO.

I feel like a burden every time we need to talk to someone in the office and there are absolutely no qualified decision makers amongst the staff. I don't know, I'll have to ask, not sure about that, the Manager Tammy isn't here so I don't know...that's all we ever hear.

Other than the extremely poor management, we've enjoyed living in that community. The landscaping and wildlife is beautiful... Too bad the ducks aren't running the office, they'd probably do a better job!
