Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2004
Top 10 Reasons why I LOVE POINTWEST, I MEAN FOUNTAINS. ( Let's play-up the good think about the place..the water and ducks!)
1. My car gets towed with or without the "tag"..that I was required to get.
2. When the parking gate malfunctions..It takes the staff 1/2 the day AT LEAST to open it...so I get to stay home from my job!
3. Every other day I come home to a new "love letter" from the mgmt..."don't park...anywhere!!!".." Don't feed the ducks".."Don't bother to go see the concierge..WE DON"T have one ANymore"...
4. If you are good at remembering codes and numbers..YOUR IN. Not only does every gate have a different code..there's a different code to get in and out!!
5. The staff are well versed in the game of "telephone"...you tell one- it changes, and changes and changes..so that eventually no one knows what the hell is going on.
6. If you like your car..you'll love parking it here. It's adored by many, theifes, car-jackers, towing companies..vandals etc.
7. If you have a problem and let's just say your locked out of your apartment...the securitys' manual says: " Managements states that tenants are responsible for their own lock-outs..so TOUGHT ----!"
8. If your ANYTHING breaks..you get the pleasure of fixing it yourself, so you basically can consider yourself a " self-employed handy-man"
9. If you want staff that mimic you when you have a concern, call you a LIAR when you address a major problem..and act like stuck up beeeeooches..We have the staff for you! rule of thumb: " If we said we're going to take care of it....WE LIED, WE WONT!".

10. when you come home from work/school etc..you get to stand outside the gate forever because the code you used to use to get in...doesn't work. Only to be let in by someone else...arrive at your door and see yet another note that notifies you LATE that the code changed. ( every 2-3 months!)
