Has anyone ever thought to personally ask current residents what they think' Maybe the old management company that was fired, are the ones commenting on this website! HUMMMM a thought. I have lived here myself for five years and have been through three different management companies. Not one did anything to make imporvements like the management company we have now. Yes, there were some growing paines for a couple of months but look what they were left with A MESS!!!!!!! I am very pleased that I stuck it out. The staff has been great!!! I apprecaite the fast maintenance repsonses and even the office staff calls to follow up with every service request I've put in. I must say I've never had a follow call in the past. They have improved the lighting, remodeled the elevators, painted throughout and made repairs to the gates. Some would say why do I care to even make a comment.... Well I have referred friends here that mentioned this site. I had to tell them otherwise. I think those that have made nasty comments either didn't pay their rent ontime or abide by the rules so you get treated they way you act. Or plike I said, possibly the old management company! I have now referred three of my frioends and they too are happy.

LOL I leaved almost 3 years there. I've never paid late. nor had any problem with the management. I think those people are nice and maintenance efficient. That said, it is a really noisy place. People do not respect quiet hours. At night, it could be a mess. Security is not present at night. Construction noise is insane and really painful. Water is down at least twice a month. Telephone cables are messed up. Cars are broken. That's a lot of problems. And again I've never had any problem with the management!
