Worked well enough for me

I had one of the units facing the main fountain, so I had a nice view.
On the whole, I have enjoyed my apartment. It's an older complex, and it shows in some ways. Maintenance has always been pretty responsive for me, but there are some things they can't fix (i.e. the air conditioner).
I personally didn't have any problems with my apartment until the woman downstairs moved in. I swear this woman must have a cigarette in her mouth 24/7, because the smoke from her apartment has made its way into my apartment, and there's nothing anybody can do.
Interland (the new management) has been good to me so far. I wasn't a fan of the old management at all, but the new company has made some nice improvements.
If you wanted to live here, I would say that you MUST get a garage parking space. Vehicle break-ins in this area are very common. Mine was broken into twice before I got a garage space.
Security seems more concerned with the fact that I was in the spa afterhours than the mass break-ins that occur on the street...
I'm annoyed that they took away the concierge service that allowed me to pick up packages until 8pm.
On the whole, it's not bad. They're not expensive, but they're not cheap. I've had a good time here, but it's time to move to the Bay Area!
