I was just told about apartment ratings by a friend who was looking to move in to my complex. (Fountains) I just had to reply and say that ever since I moved in March 1, 2004, I have had nothing but wonderful experiences when dealing with the excellent staff. They are always friendly and courteous. Any maintenance problems have been taken care of very promptly and professionally. I am extremely impressed, as in this day and age, such timely customer service is difficult to find. I have specially found Lara in the office and Tony in the maintenance to be exceptional people to have helping me.
