Will entry your apartment without permission

Came into my apartment after work order stated no permission. Scared the hell out of me. Jodi the very snobby manager (looks to be 18') and told me we were "done talking" and her staff "didnt work hard enough to get yelled at by me" DAMN right the dont.... I was so amazed at her lack of skills and then she laughed at me when I left!
