New management team is unprofessional, rude, intimidating and overall unaccommodating. We've lived here about a year and had no problems with the prior management company. Since the switch to FPI, it has all gone downhill. The people from Interland were so friendly and wanted to help you. Now, the new people act like they're doing you a favor when you ask for anything. Jodi, the manager in charge, is, in one word, a -----. Harsh to say, but says it all. She tries to intimidate you, bends laws, is rude to residents, and plays god. I have never dealt with someone in her position with such a lack of professionalism ever. She comes off as nice, but don't make her mad or disagree with you because it will be over. The apartments are nice, but with the current management, it's not even worth it. Also, the security they tell you about when you move in, is almost non-existent. All three of our cars have been broken into, even one in the parking garage. The door for the garage breaks all the time and is stuck open for days at a time. Just find somewhere else to live, save yourself the trouble.
