There's two sides to every story...

Unfortunately, it has been brought to our attention of all the negative media and comments that have been posted on this website. I'd like to take a moment to display the fact that there are two sides to every story. Contrary to what many residents may believe FPI Management has not caused mass destruction of this property. Truth be told, the staff we have on site is mainly made up of prior Interland employees, with the exception of 3 people. As for unprofessionalism, I hate to point it out, we are run by the books no exceptions. Many people who are unhappy seem to be the people who we won't bend the rules for. As an adult, you signed your lease agreement and in that agreement it states the late fees you have the potential to be charged, the rules and regulations and the guidelines in which we manage our community. We have extended apologies to people who deserve them, resolved our errors and rectified negative relationships. Calling our management team unprofessional is out of line. Using foul language within our office is out of line, arguing with everyone in our office when you are asked to vacate is out of line. Our goal and job i to make this community one of the best our company has to offer. Unfortunately, if that requires us to ask our negative residents to vacate in order to ensure our wonderful residents happiness, then so be it. Our office is always open if you should have any questions or complaints. We urge you to please come express your feelings to us in person, rather than post them on a website. I understand you may utilize this facility in order to vent your frustrations, however we'd appreciate any feedback to be brought to our office and discussed in a professional and positive manner.
