Ive lived there for an academic year in a studio and had not had any problems. The management was a bit ditzy- i swear to god they must hire high school girls or something. But when I had maintenance problems they were fixed. No problems with break ins so long as people have the common sense to keep all the entry doors locked and stop giving the Godd#$ned key codes to their stupid friends and family. Take the hint and get some common sense. Take heed all ye and get the underground parking because I had to get homelate everynight from work and park across the street. The State Fair is another issue, you have dipstick people parking on your street where YOU live.
