I've lived at The Fountains for four months now, and the landscaping is amazing! The pond runs throughout the entire complex and the ducks are adorable. Work orders are processed quickly, and the staff is very friendly.
On the other hand, the apartments are old (1970s) and the insides are in need of repairs (walls, bad paint job, toilet leaks)! Very thin walls, noisy. If you sign a lease here, pay for a garage parking spot or you won't ever find one in the evening. And $1225 for a two bedroom, like this' In my opinion, not worth it.
