I just toured this apartment complex and I am highly considering living here because the community has alot of things to do and also they have really nice apartments. The apartment sizes are really big. It is a little bit older than I would have liked but they seem to keep it up pretty nice. The management staff that was there were really friendly and helped me with all my questions that I had. I would recommend this apartment to my friends.

Just because you toured it, what makes your opinion really matter? Newsflas, management and staff are always nice to you before you sign on the dotted line. I havn't lived here, and I dont know if this is a bad place or not, but I think this post should be removed.

I can attest to the fact that this property has the nicest management in the world... until you put down your deposit and first month... then it changes. After that, you no longer exist, your concerns are scoffed at, and they come to your door to cuss you out after reading your negative post on apartmentratings.com (after they asked you to post a positive for them and promptly raises the cost of parking for the "gated parking" when the gate hasn't been shut in more than a month!). Very very unpleasant place to live.

Hrm...cussed at you when you put a negative review on the site instead of a positive AFTER THEY ASKED YOU FOR THE REVIEW. I almost laughed myself out of my chair. This sounds like a personal friend who worked there wanted you to boast about them and you didn't. What a weird comment. As a resident I can say the tour was nice and living here has been nice. I don't have much contact with the people up front but they are very warm and polite.
