When I took the tour and was quoted on the price everything sounded great. Then I went to sign the contract and they then told me the rent was higher than what they quoted, the move in special was no longer offered, and the parking space they talked about was not available. I was going to have to be put on a waiting list. They also had told me that the apartment was safe because it was hotel style (two locked doors to go through), yet the apartment that I am renting is in a different building with a traditional apartment style not the hotel style the model was in. On that note, everything was different than the model, the appliances are old and barely work (only one of the four burners on my stove), the carpets are grose, the place is bug in fested, the bathroom is growing mold, there are big cracks in the walk ways, and some black thing covering the outside of the building were the outer wall looks rotted out. Furthermore, all the amenities they sell you on aren't applicable due to the hours of use. Come to find out the fitness center doesn't open uptil 7am, long after I have to be ready for work and though they sell movies and they said you check them out during office hours. They will only let you check them before a half hour before closing. They close at 6pm on weekdays and 5pm on weekends, and I work until 5pm so I get home at 5:30 but it is too late to check them out and they don't open until 10am so you can't check them out in the morning. BASICALLY they LIE about EVERYTHING!!!
