I love the layout of the apartment I rented, & the grounds are very nice(except for the duck droppings all over the walk ways), but that's about it. Thin walls, borderline moronic (but very nice) staff, horrible parking, gate that rarely works, drunk kids in the parking area at all hours of the night, etc... so, unless you're getting a good enough deal on rent to overlook all of that, it's just not worth it... My rent just went up about $100, so I decided for that kind of money I might as well live somewhere "better."

Best of luck to you, apartment hunting is not a fun task (in my opinion at least).
