Great place!

PARKING - 1 Spot general inside parking, like $25/month for covered. $20 for remote control to open gates. Street parking can be an issue when Cal Expo has events going on. If you get a room in an "enclosed" building there is underbuilding parking for those people at a price I do not know.
NOISE - Occasional bumping upstairs, toilet flushing. Not bad at all.
GROUNDS - BEAU-TEE-FUL...this place is awesome. It's got fountains (as in the name) and ducks. Ducks can be a problem though as they like to **** wherever they please. Sometimes they do this in the pool which is nasty.
SAFTEY - Somewhat unsafe. Some of the hand rails are shoddy. Shrubbery in the walkways. Broken sprinklers haven't been fixed for a while and spray on the paved areas.
CONSTRUCTION - Decently constructed. You get a lot of square footage in your rooms. The layout is pretty nice for our 2bd/2bt. Master has bathroom and bedroom as part of it's own section.
MAINTENANCE - They'll fix what's wrong. Only problem is the laundry rooms are operated by a special credit card you purchase at the front office. You recharge it using their machine. It can get expensive at $1.50 a wash $1.25 a dry. Dryers usually require an extra 10 minutes to dry adequately.
STAFF - Great people. Helpful and they arrange activities for tenants.
OVERALL - Last place I lived in I almost got robbed at gunpoint so I guess anything would look nice. This place is actually beautiful though and is located near Cal Expo and Arden Fair Mall as well as quite a few other stores and banks. I would definitely recommend this to anybody.
