Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
 
Loud and not safe at night, construction noise and dust during the day.
Expensive for what it is.
Not worth it!
I leaved two and a half years there and I'm now leaving.
Need to say that the personnel is nice and maintenance efficient though.
