One assigned spot, but it will be a long walk from your apartment, because they didn't organize the parking efficiently when they designated the parking slots that are reserved to residents, versus those that are available to visitors.

This wouldn't be a problem, except that our car was broken into four times while we lived here (two radios stolen, the entire car stolen once, and one botched theft). Apartment staff is totally unsympathetic, as cars are routinely broken into at this complex, and will not assign you a parking space close enough that you can keep an eye on your car from your apartment, nor do they have very good security in place to prevent such things from occurring.
