Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
 
The place is tidy and staff is responsive and professional. The only downside is that I have a unit facing 16th Street and I can hear and feel the booming of car stereos with too large subwoofers purchased by underachieving males with small endowments. The location is convenient and there's even a Starbucks downstairs!
