I lived and here for about 2 years and decided to move in a with a friend, so I moved out a year ago. The management are -------. They took it really personally. I put down $300.00 deposit and I really cleaned my apt. I even vacuumed and was literally on my hands and knees scrubbing everything to make sure it was like new. However, I got charged my full deposit and they were going to charge me extra. I had to request for pics and receipts. The pics they sent me weren't even my apt. I recognized the appliances, so not mines. They charged me for debree! WTF'! Stupid! I would never ever live there again nor will I recommend it. It happened to my friend who lived there and moved out after me too!

I LIVED AT FULTON OAKS FOR 12 YEARS. EVEN THOUGH MY DEPOSIT WAS ONLY $ 255, I FEEL THE CHARGES OF $25 FOR LOST POSTOFFICE KEY AND $50 FOR WINDOW CLEANING AND OTHER MINOR CLEANING WAS EXCESSIVE. MANAGEMENT WAS OVER 30 MINUTES LATE FOR THE WALK THROUGH APPOINTMENT AND I HAD TO WAIT 15 MINUTES FOR HER TO DO THE CHANGE OF LOCKS. I CHARGE OVER $100 AN HOUR FOR MY TIME THEREFORE I FEEL I SHOULD BE REIMBURSED $75 FOR MY TIME.
