I lived there from Nov. '07 to Feb. '09. My current roommate and I wanted to rent a 2-bedroom but they didn't seem very happy that we were consolidating. When we decided to move to another apt. complex all of a sudden two apts became available but too late, we had already put deposit and paid fees at the new location. Friends helped me clean my apt which almost looked like it did when I moved in. I had a $400 deposit but just received a letter stating I owe them $174 but no receipts were included and they claim they had to put new counters in the kitchen which is an outright lie. My last months at this location, they were questioning mail, packages, visitors,etc. The apt.was nice and so were my surrounding neighbors. Why they chose to act crazy when we decided to move is beyond me. I know one thing for sure, there was no damage to the apt nor was it dirty. I hope that $400 brings them great comfort!!
