Never lived here, but applied with an unpleasant experience.
I applied for a 1-bedroom and was 1/2 way declined. Apparently my name is a common one and the credit company they use found "possible matches" with the same name all in SCAL w/evictions. It seems as though they did a name search rather than the name and social search. I was told at the end of a Friday about this and that I had to fax proof of my address (for a certain year) on Monday. Monday the mgr. was apparently not in the office and Tuesday she called late in the day. By then I had already decided not to deal w/this apt. mgmt. who had little regard of my feelings. Not worth the $30 app fee or stress. Due to this mishap I was blessed to get into a nicer apt, nicer area with NO problems..very much opposite of Fulton Villa possible matches.
