	The grounds are great, parking lacks a little. We've lived here for 5 years, and other than a few normal living in apartment type problems the we have no complaints. Maintainence responds quickly.

	They rip you off from the beginning. The landlord will try to forget the deposit from the first months rent and make you pay again. The place isn't all that clean, but they will blame you for it. So you ... more
