I think this is a sight for unhappy people to vent. That is fine, but I think this complex is giving a good faith effort to solve the problems. Like someone had already said a good portion of the "trouble-makers" are being forced out. As for the pool and grounds I've never seen it dirty, with the exception of the dumpster area. Which is cleaned often. I think if the people who lived here would be more conciencous about where they throw their trash that wouldn't be a problem.As for staff they are great. They are always helpful.

I'd like to know what you are smoking to post this kind of a response!!! Either that or you don't actually have a clue what is going on outside your apartment's front door. I unfortunately STILL live here. Yes, the new owners are doing the best they can to some degree. However, there are so very many many issues going on I'm not sure where to start. Noise...you have to leave the complex to hear yourself think and that's at 12:00AM. I haven't had a full nights sleep in a good 8 months and I wish I was kidding. We have people who party in the parking lots blaring their loud rap music. We have people who feel the need to scream and shout OUTSIDE their apartment at least two or three times a week. The cops show up at least every other day and if they showed up everytime they were called, they ought to just sit on the property permantely; its really that bad. Lately we have had a serious issue with vehicles being broken into. Had a motorcycle stolen last night and one this past weekend. Multiple car windows smashed out last week shall I go on? Personaly safety is scarey around there. I have upstairs neighbors that make so much noise but I can't say anything to them because the one guy wear's his gang colors PROUDLY and packs a gun. I'm terrified if I complain or say something I will be shot. Its very scarey and the owners feel as if they cannot do anything about it because occupancy is so low they cannot afford to evict anyone else. Instead of evicting anyone being loud or causing problems they have taken to moving the people who are complaining to other buildings within the complex. The people who have moved actually say things are better in the buildings they have been moved too with a few exceptions. The positives are the owners are on site and do their best. They have been going through and renovating the empty apartments and they look very nice when they are done. However, because of these renovations it makes it tough to get anything fixed in your apartment. I still have a bathroom light that after 6 months of requesting it be repaired (it won't turn on) I'm simply replacing it myself.
