After reading many of these reviews let me say this, I have lived here since Dec99 at that time Aspen Square was the management, after the uncalled firing of the manager at that time we did get a witch of a manager for 4 yrs...Thank god we finally had her removed after she would not respond to maintenance issues,if you came in to pay rent or any other reason she would tell you"I don't have time for you,put it in the mail box!!.
NO I'm Not kidding.
As for the new owners They are taking every step they can to help us with anything that may come up.
They are working on bringing new life into this complex they have and are working on cleaning up the mess they were left with when they bought the complex.
They had a really hard start because too many trouble makers were telling them how to do there job,instead of leaving them alone,I'm very pleased with the managers, to let you know I had a leaking roof...the manager had a new section put over my unit...now I ask you does this sound like a team that doesn't care''' YES THE DO...I would have you check this place and give them a chance they really do care...as for some of the other reviews mind you this was the old management not the current owners they just need you to give them a chance this complex like all other in the world has minor trouble....EDEN is in the Bible not in Sacramento.
