Then read this review. I will not "bash" the present owners I will only give you a few examples of their behavior and you can make the judgement from there.

I have been a resident for the past three years - one year with the first owners and now going on two years with ------, -------- & --------- running it. Recently there has been a dispute over parking - in so that I have a disabled, large, older, terminally ill dog whom travels every where with me. It is extremely difficult for her to enter and exit my vehicle. When I moved into my present apartment I spoke with the other residents regarding leaving me preferance for one particular parking space as it was less taxing on my dog to get to and from the car and in and out of it. None of the other residents had the least problem with allowing me this space and everyone has been VERY respectful. With the exception of the owners of the apartment complex. As soon as they identified my preferance they started doing everything they could to take this spot and prevent me from using it. They even went so far as to park a broken down, non running, non licensed or registered vehicle in this parking place for a month. Now they are making it so that this parking spot is not accessable for anyone other than an employee or owner of The Gables. Tell me does that make sense' The other residents, the ones that live here on a day to day basis have no issue with it but the owners who are here during working hours feel the need to make an issue out of it' Are those the type of people you want to pay money to'

I read another review where a former tenant wrote that these people gossip non-stop - What they did not tell you is that not only do they gossip but at one time they put out a letter to the tenants telling us that we were not allowed to gossip and advising us that we needed to get hobbies and I quote directly from their memo dated 8/31/06 - "We don't appreciate any of you tenants getting into the business of us management. We would just like to say that if you have that much time in your hands to talk to other tenants about us management and what we are doing than please find a hobby, read books, do some knitting, or get some pussles to keep yourself busy and out of trouble. If we hear from any of the good tenants that keep to themselves about any kind of rumor and we find out who spread the rumor they will be given up to two warning the third there will be penalties to pay."

So what they are saying is it is okay for them to gossip and tell every one else's business but the tenants had better keep to themselves and find a hobbie. Its funny how I always wanted to live in a community where I knew and know my neighbors and where I can be friendly. Instead I am told that is wrong and to take up knitting. Once again I ask you are these the type of people you want to pay your money too' I have the memo for proof if you want to see it by the way.

Overall this place used to be a good place to live - It used to be a community where I knew and socia---ed with all of my neighbors and was friendly with most of the people within the community. That community has been singularly destroyed by none other than the people who own it. That could be their right but ask yourself - Do you really want to pay rent to people who are like this'

Well it's time to give you my more than on the person who wrote this review lets start with this...go back and read previous reviews on The Gables and you will find "raves" from a tenant that has a 3leg dog, how do I know? she used to live downstairs from me. I lived at the Gables from 12/99 until 2/08 very happy I must say until this trouble maker moved in...lets start with the gossip, she would talk to others about me...talk to me about others,started a letter to have tenants removed to the managers(old owners) and always had a complaint about something. Enter New owners...and soon after the letter she noted so well ,yes the did put a letter out just like she said but failed to say she along with others in our building were telling the how to do there job and how to run the complex,she would ----- at me for running the vacuum at 9am on Sunday morning. As for the parking issue THERE IS NO ASSIGNED PARKING dillhole 1st come 1st serve and yes her Dog is a 3 legger but very strong (i know Ive walked her)and I will add if the pup gets tired she just plops down and rest a few minutes. Lady if your no happy there then get the hell out and leave the owners and your neighbors alone, but I really doubt you can find a place the will talk a larger dog like yours ( good luck). Now in closing if your looking for a good Apartment Complex at fair prices, go in and see --- or -------- take a tour you will like the place.

Let me give you my thoughts,I know exactly who the troll is who wrote this review and must say she is giving you a line of bull,we have no assigned parking stalls like the guy said above and he Big Dog seem very healthy and strong and I have spoke to her a few times and get this!!, she wanted me to side with her and make up lies to the owners to have a Man evicted and say he is a stalker and stalking me, just because he was helping someone by letting She and her Daughter stay at his place for a bit until they moved,I cut my ties with this woman right away, how could I do this to this Man and his effort to help someone,but I did find out he was evicted why I don't know. This woman has put her nose into so many peoples business and has even caused so much strife around here I hope she moves out and her twiney boyfriend....who like someone said married to a very nice woman. The owners of this place are very nice and always welcome you and have nice things to say, this woman is not a happy person and is just trying to take everyone down with her do not listen anything she has written she is just a complainer.

This is from a happy renter, the above statement by a lady who needes help, is the ----- in sheeps clothing she is going around asking tentants to write a statement about the people that live here and now wants us to write a letter about the owners, she causes nothing but problems and has broke up a wonderful family, the wife was our propery manager she is kind and freindly, her husband doesn't talk to anyone, the kids are well behaved and don't bother anyone,its to bad the kids are the ones that are getting hurt and he as a man is letting, this woman run there lives. I enjoy living here so please don't let the change your mind it realy is a great place to live.

First off none of the above posts are from real renters at this apartment complex! They are in fact from the owners and their families members. Additionally, I haven't gone around asking anyone to write anything up about the owners. I would have no need to do such a thing since I have their behavior documented on video - and yes before you talk smack about that I did have their permission. I stole no woman's husband. Actually what happened is the owners convinced a woman that her husband was a bad person and talked her into leaving him. Oh yeah after they explained to her their theory that finding a new husband before getting rid of the old one is okay. Ask ------ all about thie theory he explained it in great depth to me one day. As far as the person who says that they lived upstairs from me and I started a petion to get them removed from the property - You are fingering the wrong person. The people you want to finger for getting rid of you would be the VERY people you are defending. If I could only count how many times I heard -------- or --------- complain about how disgusting you were and they would tell anyone around that they were not re-upping your lease then I would be rich. Besides by the time you were asked to leave the complex I didn't live near you any longer and the person who accused you of stalking them is the woman you claim I took her husband from her. So you might want to re-evaluated your claims. I have proof of mine do you? Oh by the way -------- I wasn't - nor was my boyfriend - the person who knocked your gate off its track on Friday night. In fact it was your daughter in law and her husband when they were trolling the grounds that evening! The next time you want to make up a lie that I smashed your gate you might want to have some back up behind it!
