I want to take this time and offer some positive remarks, regarding Gables Apartments
disbanding any ill comments that have been made. I have been a resisdent of Gables for close to 6 years. And the current owners have cleaned this place up, and take a more personal view of this place. From landscaping to parking, and renovating apartments, to include lighting. The laundry room was fixed up and new machines installed. Upon your request, they install security doors, which makes things more secure. It is close to light rails, and stores , and fast food establishments. Also close to a major Hwy. Since I have been here, I have seen more improvement from the new owners, than all the previous owners/managers.
