Clean, Quiet, & Well Managed

Garden Club is a great place to live. I've lived here for 4 years and love it. The grouds are always clean. The manager cares about the community and also lives here. The complex is always quiet. If there is a problem mgmt is on top of it. The bldg is a little old but the comfort of the community makes up for it. The kitchen and livingroom are both very large and the patios are huge. The only negative thing I have to say is there is no visitor parking, but there's really no where to put it either!
