These apartments are very disappointing because they have the potential to be nice; however, they're not. The apartments are spacious but that's where the good news stops. The apartments are very old and look like motel rooms from the outside. The paint on the outside of the complex are peeling and the steps are just plain unsafe. I fear for my life everytime I walk up the stairs. The stairs are literally falling apart. I'm sure these apartments have number of health & safety code violations, someone needs to report them. The cabinets and all the appliances are old surplus stuff from the 70s. My stove and dishwasher was older than me! The only thing that's fairly up to date in the apartments are the refrigerators. These apartment look very ghetto. There is NO guest parking so your guests are forced to park outside the gate and hike to your apartment (depending on how close you live to the gate). The apartments have an old musty smell to them. Even after scrubbing every nook and cranny with pure bleach, it still stinks. The previous reviews are old and I can see how these apartments may have been nice back in its day but those days are over. Maintenance sucks! They will come in your apartment and destroy everything and leave their mess without cleaning up. Don't even bother looking at this place. You're better off renting at Tallyho apartments next door.
