A horrible experience. The walls, floors, and ceilings are PAPER thin - you can hear your neighbors fighting, engaging in intimate acts, their TV, if you put your ear to the wall you can even just hear normal conversations. Hallways would frequently smell very unpleasant. My car had repeated attempts at being broken into. The other tenants are horrific; they have no respect nor concern for their neighbors. The only really decent attribute is maintence was generally always prompt.. and the really really cheap rent. But it comes at a price. Only move here if your only other option is living in your car, or on the street.
