Poor place to live

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
 
The apartment manager was pretty decent but had no real authority due to the micro-managing, unpleasant supervisor. Walls are paper thin. Halls of apartment complex always had an unpleasant smell. Definetely not worth the money to live here.
