Me and my husband have been living in this apartment for 3 years, and it was our first place in US. While we were waiting for our SSN and other papers, every apartment we ve looked gave us nothing but headache. Not to mention that they all asked for credit history and renting history, which, of course, we just didn t have. The manager was first person who understood the situation and let us move in just with rent and security deposit. It is very affordable but same time clean and safe. The manager is doing excellent job, she is attentive and responsive to your problems. Very good location; it is convenient to shopping centers and public transportation. The complex has only one bedroom apartments and they are small. It is not pet friendly and, as was said by other writers about walls, it is thin. So it s very important that you neighbors are quiet. Overall - it is good and save place to stay, especially for new comers, singles and those, who is trying to save.
