The apartments were very nice. We had no bug problems or water leakage or anything of the sort. They are almost brand new. The washer and dryer are very loud- so bad that you can hear the people above you doing their laundry. I never had any problem with crime or parking, but there was a shooting less than a block away. It was all fine until I moved out. They took all of my deposit even though I cleaned the place very well.

This particular tenant left a hugh TV dish attached to the side of the building and left it to the management of apartments to remove it. The tenant only had a $250 deposit, it cost more than $300 to remove the TV dish and patch the walls. And the apartment was not cleaned well, management had re-clean the apartment paint walls and shampoo carpets.

I am not that tenant. I did not leave anything of mine behind. I have never had satalite tv. My roommate did not move out with me, but instead of evaluating my room and bathroom the management said that they were keeping all my deposit for cleaning and painting, but I lived there for only 5 months and cleaned very well when I left.
