These apartments are nice, especially for the money, and they have a good roommate program where you are only responsible for your half of the rent, even if your roommate leaves. The apartments are nearly new, with great appearance but hit-and-miss build quality. If you need something, you will have to seek out the management because they are not pro-active in anything - they got remote controls for the gates and changed the entry code, but didn't give any notice except for a paper posted on the gate.
