Pros:
Great location as far as being close to pretty much everything in Sac area, gated community, video surveillance always on, new apartments, very good overall appearance of the aps,

Cons:
Community located in an very unsafe neighborhood, very small and few parking lots, lately noisy, especially at nights when groups of people gather together to have some drinks in the parking lot or simply just to talk out loud(you can hear them easily giving the thin walls that characterize the construction of the building), a pool and a jacuzzi that has never been heated , so you can't actually take advantage of them, extremely loud washers/dryers (thank God we are upstairs, but the downstairs neighbor should be going through hell when we do laundry) , stray cats that will love warming up by climbing on your car and simply scratching it, a complaint that has been brought several times in the attention of the only working staff-owner/manager, unfortunately it wasn't taken care of , cats are still here!
INCREDIBLE SLOW MANAGEMENT sometimes NONEXISTENT!!! We moved a year ago when it seemed to be a real professional area, with no "question mark" tenants. Lately Garden Villas has been filled with them. Not too many professional looking tenants, as they all moved out. We will probably move out too pretty soon.
