I am in the process of trying to break my lease. my apartment was just recently broken in to. 3 to 4 nights a week i am woken up by neighbors screaming/fighting with someone. I'm surrounding by people who do drugs all day and play their music until 2 in the morning. You are better off spending a few extra dollars somewhere else! Dont make the same mistake i did

As a former resident of Garfield Village, I had the honor of being awakened by the sound of a man who was shot then broke into a crack heads apartment, where he nearly died in apartment 42. True story. Oh, not to mention, there is a HUGE problem with car vandalism on that property. My car was messed with 3 different times. Don't waste your time with this place.

I also lived in Garfield village... GHETTO... The manager Rene Is Very trashy. She mooved in her whole family who all smoke crystal meth and are crazy. they shoot at each other and let their kids run wild. There are a bunch of bald head tattooed up skin heads that look like they are fresh out of prison in and out all tweaked out on meth.If they got rid of the manager Rene, They would probably be able to clean the place up. Oh I forgot to mention, the cops were there almost every night for the last 4 or 5 months of me living there... I am SO glad I got out. STAY AWAY. trust me people. its ghetto.

This is very funny I have been here since 05 and I NEVER heard of any shooting and some one nearly dying..... Come on get your head out of the smoke.. Why lie. And as for you 01/17/2008 what the hell is your problem no.1 Rene is far from as you say TRASHY and trust me she did not move in all her family and the kids that were running all over the place was probally YOURS!! I am pretty sure I know who you are 01/17/2008 so sweep off your own porch 1st prior to jumpimg in to the fire. Like I said I have been here since 02/2005 and I live near the back and you all are lying thru your teeth trying to make false statements.Where the hell is it getting you.. lets think about that NOWHERE!!!!!!I will admit that it was ruff going untill Dec 2006 but it is MUCH better now.. SO come on Grow UP!!!!!!!!!
