1-27-08 I have lived here way to long. You hear your neighbors fighting constantly. My car has been broken into twice and while visiting my Grandmothers car was stolen. You can't get anythign delivered here food packages ect. Pizza places don't deliver after dark because they have been robed to many times. Managment is no help getting things repaired I had a plumber out in November of 2006. The manager was informed then that I needed a new toilet and here it is Janurary of 2008 and I am still asking for it every other day. I had Mold growing outside my apartment for over 6 months before anything was done about it. The manager is lazy and often very very rude. My lease was up in Oct 2007 and I am still waiting for her to draw up the new paperwork to renew my lease. About 90% of the people who live in this complex are on drugs and there is a Registered Sex Offender living in apartment 31. DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU LIKE BEING MISERABLE!


3-29-08 Still waiting for my toilet. I have had to call mosquito abatement because the pool is growing things and there are mosquitos everywhere. The only reason that I am still living here is that it is taking time to find out of state property. I am finally getting outa this hell hole YAY! Only a few more weeks till I move out! H,mmmmmmmm funny I get Pizza and stuff delivered here all the time and so does others. I see at least 4 different pizza places in here all the time. OH and evn Chinese food has been delivered. Lets see Pizza Hut, Pizza Factory , Dominos, AND Pizza Connection delivers here so whats you talking about huh??? Lazy ??? Rude??? HMMMMMMM you be talking about yourself there mrs a.w.maybe she does not want to renew you lease.. she did mine..... and my neighbors... yea a sex offender that is off Parole and didcharged. so now what.. OH THE Mosquitos....are basicly at your door step... and I herd the ONLY reason you might be moving is because your hubby in going to Hawaii....as for breakins that can happen anyplace mall stores schools.

If you read the post it says places wont deliver AFTER DARK! Papa Johns wont deliver after dark because they have been robbed to many times in the complex. And as for the lease she told my wife over and over again to come in the office to sign them, but when my wife went into the office she never had them ready to sign. And for the record when we moved in 2006 this place wasn't too bad but it has gotten way worse since we moved in. Yes rene my wife complains alot but has had a valid reason everytime. When your downstairs neighbor decides to beat on a full sized punching bag a 2 am that deserves a complaint. When neighbors are threatening you because you asked them to quit slamming the door that deserves a complaint.And that happened with two different tenants downstairs. One of them actually knocked things off our walls. Yeah people complain about my kids playing but you knew we had them before we even moved in. There were downstairs appartments available and you put us upstairs knowing we had young children. The lease specifically says they cant play outside. Yet I have seen your family's children run all over the complex at all hours of the day making all knds of noise. But this all really doesn't matter any more because Renes boss has seen whats going on around here and isn't happy with her.
