I have lived here for 4 1/2 years and I would not say this place is ghetto.. You want GHETTO you should of lived here when I frist moved in... There was no different between night and day here back then. People were outside fighting smoking pot and i was afraid to walk to my car.We went through several managers and then Rene Came and DID SOMETHING GOOD and I and several others Applaud her. Laura was here and you liked her because she bought and did drugs from you and with you. Then for 3 days she would hide in her apartment coming down Now that is a person you can say DID NOTHING!What a difference Rene has made. She stopped the loitering after 9 pm and the sitting on the green boxes and people were able to get some sleep that had A REAL JOB. The kids were not running over your feet with their bikes and the laundry room were FINALLY CLEANED!Matter of fact I was going to move in Oct ober the year Rene came and I saw the difference and decided to stay and I am really glad I did I have raised my 3 boys here and they have never did noting wrong.My oldest son got to graduate from his school and that made him happy. The Security was brought in and that made a difference. Most of the problems in this place was people not caring what they do and the company that you keep. Why bash the management and or the complex People make where you live and I am a 100% honest resident in here and trust me i see and hear alot and it is so unfair to bash the wrong person.Rene does not just sit in her office and let others do her dirty work. Ya know this is really making me mad. THERE IS NOT ONE OF YOU THAT SHE HAS NOT GONE OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP. and this is the thanks you give her. Rene is NOT my family nor and relation to me at all but I stumbled on this site and I am totally appauled that people that live here still can write such lies. Remember carma is a ----- and you think you can lie and make a place look bad just because it is you and your guest that gets mad because Rene or Security catches you when are your wrong doings. GOD DOES NOT LIKE UGLY!!!So be an adult and stop lying. Sure this place is old but it is kept up and the maintenance is coming along. Like I said you make your home whaT IT IS. AND AS FAR AS DIRTY''' pick up what you or your family dropped. don't just let it lay there.
oh yes and as far as the raids go. I am glad they do them makes me feel safe , ever though I am upstairs I feel safe and as for 10 people getting arrested I was down stairs that day and most of the people that got arrested was becasue they had traffic warrents or child support not paid .So don't use the raids against anyone.It is what it is. So as for this place for your new home YES i would recommend it unless you are a drug user or a trouble maker. I have had No problems here at all.
