Um its not the maintenance you need to go to for repairs. Your saposed to tell Rene when you need something repaired. And no Rene doesn't have it under control. Her family lives here wich is not making her boss happy and its her responsibility to tell maintnance to go to your apt and fix things. This complex is loud all the time. There is always cops in the complex and the security doesn't even go to one side of the complex because they dont wann be shot.

What is wrong with you asses. You all make it sound as if the place is oak park. Get you heads out of you asses and get a life. Who gives a ---- who lives here.i know Renes daughter and the girl works every day and comes home with her kids and goes into her apartment and does not bother anyone.. Damn GET A LIFE

You crystal addicts are ass holes... The person that mad the last comment is right I know of her daughter also and she does not even come out side after she gets home except to do her laundry or when Rene lived here to go down to her house. You -------s are jerks. I am glad I work for a living and not lurk around the complexe all night like you all do.. the place has gone so down hill since Rene has left and the new Manager WHAT A JOKE !!! He bleieves you meth heads probally because he is one of you . Just like when the maintenance garage got broke into .. I know who did it and you all know who did it.. and to live with drug users and theives is not my speed Sooooooo I am giving notice and I am outta here next month.. And you asses allowing your kids and adults out side playing basket ball and ---- and making all the noise late at night really show your maturity!!! Remember Karma is a ----- and It will bite you all in the ass....

We drove by it today and it looks like hell.Grass is brown and there was graffiti on the front of the building.Building looks like it is long overdue for a paint job.That must mean the place is in need of a management company change or needs to be sold to someone who cares.

I AGREE . I drove by yesterday and whoa!!!!!!!!!!! WHAT THE HELL HAPPENED.... KIDS WERE RUNNING ALL AROUND LOOKED LIKE A REFUGEE CAMP FOR PEOPLE THAT DO NOT CARE.. THE OUTSIDE APPERANCE AND ME SICK. LAST YEAR AT THIS TIME THIS PLACE LOOKED GOOD AND INVITING TO MOVE IN TO.. I KNOW THAT FOR A FACT I LIVED HERE.. DAMN I HEARD RENE WAS ILL AND I WAS GOING TO STOP AND SEE HER AND THEN I FOUND THAT SHE WAS GONE HELL YOU CAN SURE TELL...... IN READING THE INSERTS SOUND LIKE THE DRUG TEAM HAS TAKIN OVER THE COMPLEX I AN SURE GLAD ME AN MY FAMILY ARE GONE. AND YOU ALL NEED TO WAKE THE HELL UP... STOP JUMPING THE BAND WAGON. RENE WAS A GREAT MANAGER SHE LOOKED OUT FOR EACH AND EVERY ONE OF US AND HAD OUR BEST INTREST AT HEART. YOU ALL KNOW THAT SO STOP WITH THE BULL AND SAY IT LIKE IT IS. SHE WAS GREAT. AND WHAT THE HELL IS THE PROBLEM WITH HER DAUGHTER?? THE YOUNG LADY WORKS AND TAKES CARE OF HER CHILDREN. YOU ALL NEED TO WAKE UP AND WHY WOULD THE MANAGEMENT CARE WHO LIVES HERE. YOU ALL MEED TO STEP UP TO THE PLATE AND WRITE THE TRUTH OR DO NOT WRITE AT ALL. i DO REALIZE THAT RENE IS GO BUT HOLY CRAP. THE LADY DID GOOD FOR ALL OF US AND YOU ALL DAMN WELL KNOW IT. I HAD NO RIDE TO WORK AT MIDNIGHT DOWN TO WEST SAC AND WHO TOOK ME WITH NO QUESTIONS ASK. YES!! SO COMON STOP LYING ON HER AND TEL THE GOOD THINGS WHICH I MAY SAY OVER WEIGH THE NO SO GOOD IN 100'S OF POUNDS
